JAMMU, Mar 12: High Court has stayed the seniority list as well as order of promotion of the Sub-Inspectors of J&K Armed Police.
The order has been passed by Justice Sindhu Sharma in a petition filed by Amandeep Singh and Others challenging the seniority list as well as order of promotion of the Sub-Inspectors of J&K Armed Police in terms of orders dated December 26, 2019 and March 6, 2020.
“Counsel for the petitioners submits that similar matter is pending adjudication in WP(C) No.2805/2019”, Justice Sindhu Sharma observed while issuing notice to the respondents returnable within four weeks.
