JAMMU, Jan 16: In a petition filed by Taj-Mohi-ud-Din, presently Minister for Medical Education, Vacation Judge of High Court Justice Hasnain Massodi today stayed the operation of Robkar framed by State Accountability Commission (SAC) till next date of hearing.
The Robkar against Taj Mohi-ud-Din was issued when it was established that the statement made by the Minister vis-à-vis case pertaining to encroachment of forest land was not based on the facts.
