JAMMU, Jan 2: High Court today stayed the Government Order regarding introduction of screening test to assess the teaching ability of ReTs/RReTs.
The stay was granted in a petition titled Rajesh Singh Jamwal and Others versus State of J&K.
After hearing Advocate S K Shukla for the petitioners and Additional Advocate General, Ravinder Gupta for the respondents, Justice Tashi Rabstan issued notice to the State. “Meanwhile, subject to objections from the other side, the operation of order impugned No.631-Edu of 2015 dated 29-12-2015 shall not be acted upon till next date of hearing”, the High Court directed.
The petition will be listed in the first week of February 2016 for further hearing.
