JAMMU, Apr 22: High Court has suspended the sentence awarded to Patwari by the Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu.
After hearing Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi with Advocate Parimoksh Seth, Justice Rajnesh Oswal granted bail to Patwari Mohammad Sharief with observations that he shall furnish bail bonds along with two solvent sureties to the tune of Rs 50,000 each to the satisfaction of Registrar Judicial.
“He shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of UT of J&K without prior permission of this court and he shall appear before the court on each and every date of hearing”, High Court said.
