JAMMU, Jan 3: High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has upheld the detention under PSA of one Shahid Maqbool Bhat, who was allegedly involved in militancy activities.
After hearing both the sides, Justice Sanjay Dhar observed, “the detaining authority, after culling out necessary facts from the police dossier, has clearly recorded its satisfaction that the activities of the petitioner are highly prejudicial to the security of the State”.
