JAMMU, Nov 13: High Court today restrained Jammu and Kashmir Electrical Engineering Graduate Association from declaring the result of its election scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015.
The direction was passed in a petition filed by Laksham Singh Jamwal challenging the election of J&K Electrical Engineering Graduate Association (JKEEGA). After hearing Advocate N P Kotwal, Justice Tashi Rabstan issued notice to the State and others and ordered that in the meanwhile result of election of J&K Electrical Engineering Graduates’ Association for the term 2015-17 scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015 shall not be declared until further orders from this Court.
