JAMMU, Nov 15: In a petition seeking CBI probe into alleged murder case, High Court has directed SSP Kathua to file latest status report.
After hearing Advocate H C Jalmeria appearing for the petitioner, Justice Tashi Rabstan directed Senior Superintendent of Police, Kathua to file latest status report in the matter on the next date of hearing.
“The perusal of report submitted by SHO Police Station Malhar reveals that SHO concerned has not made sincere efforts. He rather stated that due to non-availability of proper address of the petitioner report could not be furnished”, the High Court observed.
