JAMMU, May 3: Justice Mohd. Yaqoob Mir today directed the Vice Chancellor of Jammu University to forward the thesis of the petitioners to all concerned authorities.
The petitioners namely Skalzang Dorjey, Kouple Dev and Sunita Sharma filed the petition mentioning that they are the students of Prof Nirmal K Singh, Deputy Chief Minister and the University authorities in their tussle with Prof Nirmal Singh are harassing them.
After hearing Advocate Aseem Sawhney, High Court directed VC to forward the thesis of the petitioners to the concerned authorities.
