JAMMU, Sept 23: Chief Education Officer, Jammu, J K Sudan alongwith Assistant Director Planning and Statistics, Shivali, paid a surprise visit to some schools on Wednesday and called explanation of a Headmaster, who was found absent from the duty.
The Headmaster of High School, Gole Panjpeer, Jammu was found absent from duty. Taking cognizance of dereliction of duty, the CEO called explanation of the Headmaster and also ordered stoppage of his salary with immediate effect.
The CEO issued instructions to all the staff members of the institutions to remain punctual. He also issued instruction to maintain teachers’ diary and organize parent teachers meetings regularly.
