REASI, Jan 1: Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) in collaboration with Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Reasi organized a medical cum awareness camp at Bus Stand, Reasi.
The Camp was organized on the directions of the Transport Commissioner Vishesh Paul Mahajan and under the guidance of RTO Jammu Pankaj Bagotra, by a team of ARTO Reasi led by Neeraj Sharma and supported by MVI Tushar Anthal, SMVI Nikhil Sharma, other staff members. The camp saw active participation of social welfare department and all stakeholders including members of the Bus, Mini-Bus and Tempo Unions.
The event was graced by the presence of the ADDC Reasi and benefited more than 220 drivers and conductors. A team of doctors conducted health checkups, including assessments for eyesight, diabetes, hypertension, and other medical issues. Free medicines were distributed during the camp.
This initiative aimed to promote the health and well-being of drivers and conductors.
