LEH, May 17: The health condition of all the 19 active cases of Leh district is stable.
This was stated in the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh on the daily report on public health measures taken for COVID-19 infection prevention and control.
The media bulletin further says that yesterday 474 evacuated passengers crossed Khaltsi check post and reached Leh in 21 buses and other light motor vehicles. The passengers were screened and vehicles were sanitised.
5 inmates from quarantine centre Kargil have been discharged after completing 14 days quarantine and advised them for further home surveillance.
Medical team of Shakar Chiktan block visited Stakchay Khangral village for medical check-up and daily surveillance of students and residents.
Specialist Health Camp was conducted at the villages of Digger and Rongdo that was organized by Block Medical Officer Nubra and 62 patients were seen and provided free medicines.
