JAMMU, Apr 3: Free of cost books including reference books were distributed by Helpline Humanity at Mata Sarswati Pustakalya today. Manoj Pandita SSP was the chief guest on the occasion.
About 37 students from Jagti Nagrota were given books for science, arts, commerce streams. Speaking on the occasion, Manoj Pandita counseled students for striving hard to excel in their respective field of interest and avail the excellent services provided by team of Sarswati Vidyalaya.
Anil Bhat, PTI Bureau Chief and socio cultural activist appealed the students and their parents to help each other to sustain the education as a tool of nation and community building.
M.K.Bhat social activist and founder of Helpline Humanity assured the students for continued free services and support for education.
Sheela Handoo councilor, Vikas Raina and Vikram Koul and Roshan Lal of KP volunteers and Sudher social activist were also present.
