JAMMU, Dec 3: Additional Sessions Judge Jammu, Rajesh Sekri today rejected bail application of Ved Parkash, Jaswinder Kumar, Mohd Farooq and Sandeep Kumar, who were nabbed with five kilograms of heroin.
While rejecting the bail application, court observed, “accused persons are habitual criminals and involved in various cases of smuggling of brown sugar, charas, heroin, gold, arms and ammunition”, adding “prosecution has yet not examined the material witnesses as such the accused are not entitled to bail”.
