‘Lauds party’s performance in Jammu region’

JAMMU, June 8: While Central leadership of BJP including Prime Minister, Narendra Modi have expressed satisfaction over party’s performance in Jammu region, they have exhorted its J&K leadership to work hard in Kashmir valley, Doda, Rajouri and Poonch districts especially Muslims Gujjars and Pahari dominated areas.
The BJP leaders from J&K including party president, Ravinder Raina, third time elected MP, Jugal Kishore Sharma, MP (RS) Gulam Ali Khatana and party national secretary, Dr Narinder Singh who met national leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi , Home Minister Amit Shah, Party national president J P Nadda and party national general secretary (Org), B L Santosh on the sidelines of NDA Parliamentary Board meeting in the Union Capital were given appreciation by the Party High Command for third consecutive victory of BJP candidates in Lok Sabha elections from Jammu region but stressed the need of working hard in Kashmir valley, Doda, Rajouri and Poonch districts and strengthening party base there.
The BJP leaders from J&K who also called on Prime Minister, Narendra Modi at Central Hall of Parliament congratulated him on his election as NDA Parliamentary Party leader and he (Modi) also patted them for the party’s performance in Jammu region.
The High Command informed the leaders from J&K that Government of India (GoI) is fully committed to peace, prosperity and development of J&K the initiative started in 2014 by Modi Government .
Later talking to a news channel, BJP UT president, Ravinder Raina said that from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Kamakhya to Dwarika, India has became obsessed with Modi (Modimaya). He termed the recent poll results a big victory for BJP and NDA and termed INDI Alliance a sinking ship which has been totally rejected by the people of the country.
Raina, while turning tables on Congress for its malicious and baseless propaganda against BJP said that party is going to vanish as it could not even touch 100 seats. He said BJP got more seats than all seats of Opposition parties clubbed together. “We (BJP) got 240 seats in LS elections while INDI Alliance together got 232 seats,” he added.
He said NDA got nearly 300 seats while INDI Alliance is even eight seats behind BJP.
Accusing Congress of being sympathizer of terrorists, separatists and Pakistan, Raina said under a big conspiracy, they all joined hands during the elections to defeat BJP. But people of country frustrated their designs by brining NDA to power for third consecutive term. He said the people of country have totally rejected Congress and in coming days it will be completely wiped out and there will be no sign of the party anywhere in India.
