RAJOURI, Nov 21: Himalayan Education Mission School Rajouri J&K , has been presented National Award ‘ Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar ——2021-22 ‘ in the category of Behavioural Change and Capacity Building by Ministry of Education, Department of School Education Government of India.
The award was conferred by Minister of State, Ministry of Education , Dr Subhas Sarkar who was also the chief guest on the occasion in presence of MoS , Ministry of Education, Dr Raj Kumar Ranjan Singh and umpteen dignitaries and senior officers from Department of School Education, Union Ministry of Education in addition to heads of the Departments and representatives from different States and UTs of India.
In this connection a grand ceremony was held at Akashvani Rang Bhavan, All India Radio, Sansad Marg, Delhi on Saturday . The award was received by Mohammad Farooq Muztar along with a student Swatchta Monitor on behalf of Himalayan Education Mission. The school was earlier also awarded Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar 2022, UT level Award by Manoj Sinha, Lt Governor J&K.
