Hindu Ekta Manch vows to continue agitation, Samba bandh today

KATHUA, Mar 10: Hindu Ekta Manch vowed to continue their protest to get CBI inquiry ordered in the rape and murder case of an 8-year-old girl Asifa.
In Kathua, members of Hindu Ekta Manch held meeting under the chairmanship of its President Advocate Vijay Sharma at PWD guest house Hiranagar. The meeting was attended by a large number of people drawn from social and political organizations, Beopar Mandal and Bar Association.
In the meeting, it was decided that the agitation will be continued till CBI inquiry will be ordered in the rape and murder case of Asifa.
The Manch has decided to take out motor bike rally tomorrow, which will start from Jatwal and after passes through Ghagwal and border areas, will culminate at Hiranagar.
While speaking, Advocate Vijay Sharma alleged that the Government has failed to consider the CBI inquiry demand into the killing of 8 year-old tribal girl.
“More organizations in Jammu and its adjoining areas are ready to support our agitation, but we do not want to create any disturbance. Our demand is just CBI probe into the rape and killing of Asifa”, he added.
Meanwhile, Hindu Ekta Manch Samba took out a bike rally. The rally was led by Sandeep Singh Youth Leader Hindu Ekta Manch Samba. While speaking, Sandeep Singh also demanded CBI probe into the killing of minor girl Asifa. “The Manch has called for Samba bandh tomorrow”, Singh said and appealed to the people to participate in the bandh so as to make it successful.
Among others present were Romy Sambyal, Sidharth Singh, Pankaj Singh, Amardeep Singh, Monu, etc.
