Hindu Jagran Manch activists hold protest

JAMMU, Oct 15: Hindu Jagran Manch (HJM) held a protest demonstration at Parade Chowk here, today against the recent pro -China statement of former Chief Minister and MP from Srinagar -Budgam, Lok Sabha Constituency, Dr Farooq Abdullah.
The protest was led by president of the Manch, Ram Paul Sharma. He in his address strongly condemned the statement of Dr Abdullah and sought immediate action under law against him. He said no one will be allowed to make anti national statements and added that the statement of Dr Abdullah has generated a lot of resentment among the people of the country.
The protestors said the statement of former Chief Minister that for restoration of Article 370 they will seek support of China is seditious and the NC leader be booked under the sedition law.
The other leaders of Manch who addressed the protestors included State its general secretary, Ajay Manhas, Chander Sharma, Dr Subash , Sanjay Radhey, Narender Kumar its Jammu district president, Vikram Chanak and Balwan Singh.
Besides, Jammu the protest was also held at other 20 places throughout the region, a handout issued by the Manch stated.
