JAMMU, Apr 17: Healthy India Stronger India (HISI) today distributed certificates among 60 students who completed various skill development courses at its Skill Development Center here.
Hira Lal Abrol, Chairman, HISI along with staff members distributed the certificates.
The students were trained free of cost so that they can stand on their own and earn livelihood for their families.
A handout stated that HISI is an NGO that provides free training in tailoring, beautician course, computer courses, music & dance classes and free library to needy students from all walks of life irrespective of their religion and caste.
Speaking on the occasion Abrol said that these skill development courses will help students of economically weaker sections of the society.
He also talked about the loan facilities that are available for these students to start new ventures.
