HISI organises graduation ceremony

JAMMU, Oct 7: Healthy India Stronger India, NGO (HISI) organised its 7th Graduation Ceremony where, course completion diplomas were presented to 65 passing out students who have completed three-month free courses in Tailoring and Computers from the training centre of the NGO. Since its inception in 2016, nearly 6065 students have successfully completed their courses from this centre. They have been placed in various organisations; some of them have even started their own ventures.
Hira Lal Abrol, Chairman of the NGO shared that HISI provides free skills training to needy children, irrespective of their religion and caste. He motivated the students to follow the path of truthfulness and strengthen the culture and traditions of our society. He added that all men and women should practice moral values and spread positive messages to their people. Further, he complimented the passing out students and teaching staff of the NGO, Meena Gupta, Romika Gupta and Anita Mehra for their hard work and selfless approach.
The NGO is running a ‘Free Training Centre’ for skill development of needy and poor children from BPL families apart from that they also offers 3 months free courses in Basic Computers, Cutting & Tailoring Classes, Beautician Course, Vocal Music, Dance as well as Free Library to needy and poor children from BPL families. Six thousand and sixty five students have passed out, after successful completion of courses from this centre.
