KISHTWAR, Oct 8: A labourer was killed here today in Marwah area after being hit by a JCB.
As per reports Mohd Ramzan Rano, son of Mohd Rehman Rano, resident of Chakarnao Nawapachi in Marwah was engaged in construction work of Nawapachi-Hayan road and today during work he was hit by JCB and was grievously injured.
He was rushed to Nawapachi Hospital where there was allegedly no doctor present and after some time some junior staffer declared him dead.
Anguished over the absence of doctors at the Government Hospital locals staged a strong protest and demanded action against the doctors.
