SRINAGAR, Dec 19: A Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) militant was arrested in a joint operation by security forces in the frontier district of Kupwara today.
On a tip off, 21 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) and Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir Handwara conducted a search operation at Khurmorah Rajwara forest area in Handwara in Kupwara district of North Kashmir early today.
During the operation, the HM militant, Falak Noor, who was active for the last two years, was arrested.
