Srinagar, Aug 30: The Health and Medical Education (H&ME) Department has appointed Waqar Talib as the Public Information Officer (PIO).
According to an official order released by the H&ME Department, the decision to appoint Waqar as the PIO was made in continuation of Government Order No. 527-JK (HME) of 2020, which was issued on 13 July 2020.
The order states that Waqar Talib, currently serving as Under Secretary to the Government in the Health and Medical Education Department, will now take on the responsibility of the PIO.
