SRINAGAR, Apr 19: Days after the issue of adhocism in the Health Department in Kashmir was reported by Excelsior, Health & Medical Education (H&ME) Department today ordered many transfers, also filling many vacancies.
As per the transfer order, Dr Ab Rauf Bhat, currently holding the post of MS JLNM Hospital Srinagar has been transferred and will hold the post of I/C Dy. Director Health Services, (HQ) Kashmir against available vacancy, Dr Tajamul Hussain has been posted as I/C Medical Superintendent Hospital Srinagar while Dr Bashir Ahmad Khan (Medical officer) was posted as I/ C A.D (HEB) DHSK against available vacancy.
Further, Dr Yasmeen Kangoo has been posted as A.D (Rehbar i Sehat) DHSK against the available Vacancy, Dr Arjamand Bashir (Medical Officer) has been posted as I/C Divisional Nutrition Officer, Kashmir against the Vacancy; Dr.B.S. Tulla (Medical Officer) was posted as I/C Medical Superintendent Kashmir Nursing Home, Gupkar, Srinagar; Dr Ab. Majid Bhat (Medical Officer) has been posted as I/C Medical Superintendent, DH Ganderbal and Dr Rubina Maqbool (Medical Officer) has been posted as I/C Medical Superintendent DH Shopian.
Dr Sameena Gul (Medical Officer) has been posted as I/C SSO, Kashmir; Dr Asif Khanday, I/C Consultant Gynae has been posted as I/C Consultant Gynae, SDH Nagam, Budgam; Dr Ab Rahid Para was deputed to GMC Srinagar on the standard terms and conditions of deputation; Dr Nazir A Sheikh (Medical Officer) has also been transferred and posted as I/C Dy. CMO Shopian while Dr Irfan Gani has been directed to look after the charge of the post of Medical Superintendent DH Pulwama in addition to her duties.
Similarly, Dr Arshid Rafi (Medical Officer) has been posted as I/C Principal, RFPTC Kangan; Dr Naseer A. Khan (Medical Officer) was posted as Medical Officer, PHC Brakpora Anantnag; Dr Tabsum Shehnaz (Medical Officer) was posted as I/C BMO Zainapora, Shopian; Dr Shiekh Nasir Ahmed (Medical Officer) has been posted as I/C BMO Sheeri Baramulla and Dr Muslitaq Ahmed Shah, PHC Anchidora Block Achabal has been posted as I/C BMO Sallar Anantnag.
Dr Ghulam Hassan Khatana (Medical Officer) has been directed to look after the charge of I/C DTO Kupwara and Dr Hafizullah Ganai, Medical Officer, DTC Sopore was posted as I/C DTO Sopore, relieving Dr Rehana Gulzar, who shall report to DHSK for further posting.
Dr Nazir Ahmad Bhat, Block Sogam Kupwara, has been posted as I/C HMO Kalaroos Kupwara; Dr Sameena Saba Want, Medical Officer, currently at Kashmir Nursing Home, also looking after the post of I/C, DY. MS CD Hospital Srinagar has been posted as I/C Dy. Medical Superintendent Kashmir Nursing Home, Gupkar, Srinagar.
The assignments, the transfer order stated, in respect of the doctors are made purely on a temporary basis till a regular arrangement is made and subject to the outcome of writ petition (s), if any, pending before the Court(s) of law and shall not confer any right upon the officers to claim preferential treatment at the time of formal placement/regularization/promotions which shall be made strictly under the rules.
“In case any adverse report about their vigilance clearance is received at any stage of time, the arrangement, so made, shall be cancelled ab-initio without any notice. All the concerned doctors are deemed to have been relieved from their respective place of posting,” the order stated.
