RAJOURI, Oct 10: Commending the recent visit of the Home Minister Amit Shah in Rajouri, the President Municipal Council, Advocate Mohd Arif said that it exposed the character of instigators in the region who create division within the society and instigated on the name of reservations.
It was stated by him by addressing the media persons along with Radish Sharma and commended the Home Minister for resolving issues that affected all strata of society in the Rajouri and Poonch regions.
He further said, “Over the past few days, opposition leaders have been attempting to create division within society and instigated in the name of reservations but the recent visit of the Home Minister cleared all doubts of all sections of the society.”
The Prime Minister’s slogan ‘Sabka Sath Sabka Vishwas’ is not just a catchphrase and expressed his gratitude to the residents of the Rajouri-Poonch for making the Home Minister’s visit and rally a historic event, he asserted.
He further said that the general populace of Jammu and Kashmir now realises that previous Governments, either at the Centre as well as in Jammu and Kashmir, and their leaders in the erstwhile State of Jammu and Kashmir, consistently misled the population in order to advance their political ambitions.
