Malaysia, May 6:
India played 2-2 draw with arch rivals Pakistan in their second match of the 7th Junior Men’s Asia Cup hockey tournament here today. The goal scorers for India were Amit Rohidas (Penalty Corner 25th minute), Skipper Akashdeep Singh (61st minute) while Mohammad Dilber (5th minute) and Mohammad Irfan (39th minute) scored for Pakistan at MBM Hockey Stadium.
Pakistan took the lead in the 5th minute with the goal scored by Muhammad Dibler, after which India pressed hard and got the equalizer 20 minutes later through a penalty corner when Amit Rohidas made no mistake to sent the ball sailing into the net to put India on level terms. (PTI)
