Home district postings for Dogra employees demanded

JAMMU, July 22: All Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees Association Kashmir (AJBRCEAK) only representative organization of Jammu based employees working in Kashmir valley has anticipated much awaited relief for inter-district appointed employees.
Vipen Kumar, Chairman of AJBRCEAK on the sideline of a function in Srinagar stated that there are more positive signals coming from LG Administration regarding early notification of comprehensive transfer policy, a long pending demand of these employees.
“We are always optimistic about the promises of LG Administration and leadership of Jammu Division, as this is not merely a demand of only 3000 Reserved Category Employees but this is indeed deeply associated with emotions of a particular community of Jammu Province,” he said.
Kumar further added that as things are unfolding we may see reunion with our families back home after rendering services for more than 15 years in Kashmir Division.
He expressed that the genuine issues of Jammu based employees posted in Kashmir division are always taken up with appropriate authorities for immediate consideration and present dispensation is continuously taking more steps for building confidence among the employee community.
“We hope it’s the right time to notify the draft of much awaited comprehensive transfer policy, to fulfill the commitment of administration and Political leadership of Jammu Province,” Chairman AJBRCEAK added.
President AJBRCEAK Anil Radhey, also expressed high hopes regarding the outcome of long Struggle of employees and society for much awaited notification. He added that we are expecting immediate consideration of our genuine concerns particularly to boost up the confidence of working class.
“We urge all the stakeholders to respect the sentiments of Dogra employees of a particular community associated with this justified demand, and think as a service matter it needs to be actively considered on merit in a time bound manner,” Chairman added.
