Sir,
This has reference to the recent judgement given by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India about the permanence of teachers working in various Army, BSF, and Airforce schools across the length and breadth of country engaged on adhoc basis. According to the court it is not justifiable to engage a teacher on adhoc basis for years. Adhoc means temporary arrangement. But school management just to save money, engage teachers on adhoc basis year after year to run their business. So it is requested to concerned authorities and management to follow the directions of Hon’ble Supreme court and appoint the teachers on permanent basis so that they are assured of their future.
