JAMMU, Aug 28: A delegation of All Jammu and Kashmir Non-Gazetted Horticulture Employees Union, led by Subash Chander Dubey, called on Director Horticulture Jammu B S Rakwal and submitted him a charter of demands.
Demands highlighted by the Union, include ; removal of pay anomaly, re-organization of Horticulture Department, amendment of SRO 235 etc.
The Director gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured to redress the long pending demands and issues of the employees.
The union also assured full cooperation of all the employees to the new Director to promote the Horticulture sector in big way on most scientific and modern lines.
The delegation comprised of Tandev Dutt Sharma, Devinder Kumar, Sanjay Khajuria, Farooq Ahmad Rather and others.
