Hotel Asia organizes “X” Mas cake mixing ceremony

JAMMU, Dec 15: For the forthcoming Christmas Day, Hotel Asia has planned a specialized blended “X” Mas cake for its customers.
A cake mixing ceremony was held today in the hotel premises, in which personalities and other guests from the Corporate sector participated.
“The cake will have a great taste and flavour with special spirits, imported Arabic dates, selected nuts like almond, pistachio, apricots, walnuts, plums, figs, ginger flakes, orange rint, cashews, dry grapes and dry fruits”, told Naresh Dabral, Executive Chef.
Plum cake is older than history, older than tradition, older than legend and looks twice as old as all of them put together, told General Manager, Operations, DN Chauhan.
