JAMMU, Feb 15: Hotel Jewel’s and Cadila Pharmaceuticals today clarified the news-item regarding electricity dues.
In a handout, Cadila Pharmaceuticals said, “we have cleared the electricity dues up to ending December 2012 and the Assistant Executive Engineer of PDD Sub-Division Samba has certified the same”, adding “the company always pay the dues/bills well before the due date”.
Jewel Hotel and Restaurant said, “the matter regarding recovery of electricity dues is subjudice in the court of Sub-Registrar Jammu and order regarding recovery has been stayed”.
