JAMMU, Mar 3: Deputy Speaker Sartaj Madni today had to adjourn the Assembly once again due to lack of quorum.
At 11.07 am, Mr Madni, who was in the Chair, adjourned the House saying there was no quorum in the House. Though after sometime the Assembly staff started ringing bells to call the members to the House yet it was only after 23 minutes that the House resumed its proceedings with complete quorum.
