POONCH, Apr 28: A massive fire broke out in a house at Dunu village in tehsil Mandi, after an LPG cylinder exploded this afternoon.
Official sources said that at around 12.15 pm on Thursday, the fire broke out after the cylinder exploded in the house of one, Sharifa Begum, wife of Late Jamal Mir, Ward No 4 Dunugam, Mandi. Valuables worth thousands were lost, however, no loss of life was reported.
The locals doused the fire, however, they failed to save the entire house. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
