House damaged in fire incident

RAJOURI, Jan 5: A house was badly damaged in fire incident at Hasplot village in Thannamandi area in which several domestic animals were also charred to death last night.
Reports said fire broke out in the house of Mir Mohd , son of Ghulab Din leading to death of animals and all the belongings kept in house also damaged completely and nothing left behind. Cause of fire could not be ascertained. The loss could be minimized as the fire Brigade is not available in Thannamandi.
Many such incidents occurred in the area and the public is demanding that Fire Service Station must be set up at Thannamandi so that at the time of emergency loss can be prevented.
Tehsildar Thannamandi Sahil Ali Shah reached the spot along with his team. On being informed, Police team from Thannamandi Police Station led by Inspector Shoket Hussain  SHO Thannamandi reached on the spot and registered the case for further investigation. The owner of house belong to a very poor family and have no source of income.
Meanwhile, locals have appealed the District Administration to help the poor sufferer who has lost livestock and all belongings in the fire incident.
