MENDHAR, Dec 25: A massive fire broke out in a house in Gursai area of Mendhar tehsil, completely destroying the property and causing financial losses worth lakhs of rupees to the owner.
The house, owned by Shabir Hussain Shah, son of Fakir Hussain Shah from Gursai Morh, was reduced to ashes. Police, Army personnel, and locals rushed to the spot and began rescue operations.
Even as there was no loss of life or injuries to anyone, the family has lost their entire home and belongings, resulting in severe financial distress. The exact cause of the fire is yet to be determined, but initial reports suggest it may have been triggered by a short circuit.
