ATM guard murder case

JAMMU, Jan 24: Gandhi Nagar Police arrested house owner for hiding the details of accused, who was involved in murder of J&K Bank ATM guard in Nanak Nagar area two days back.
As per police sources, a team from Police Station Gandhi Nagar conducted verification of a tenant namely Waqas Bashir Lone, son of Bashir Ahmed Lone of Astangoo District Bandipora, at present Nanak Nagar District Jammu, who was involved in J&K ATM guard murder case and was staying in house of Jaswant Singh, son of Sarabjeet Singh of Nanak Nagar District Jammu.
The owner has neither informed Police nor conducted any verification in the Police Station.
The house owner has violated of District Magistrate Jammu in which it is mandatory to inform concerned Police Station about the tenant.
On this information, a case under FIR Number 19/2021 under Section 188 IPC was registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar and the house owner has been arrested.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
