JAMMU, Nov 1: A house wife allegedly committed suicide by consuming some poisonous stuff at her residence in Sunderbani.
As per reports, 28-year-old Anju Devi, wife of Sunil Kumar of Sunderbani allegedly consumed some poisonous substance at her residence.
Finding her unconscious, family members shifted her to nearby hospital, from where she was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) where she failed to respond to the treatment and breathed her last today.
The body was handed over to family members for last rites after completing legal formalities.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at concerned Police Station and investigation started to ascertain the reason behind such extreme step.
