HPCL announces mega draw for promotional fuel campaign

JAMMU, Jan 31: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) conducted the much hyped and anticipated mega draw for promotional campaign “HP Dhoom Dhamaka’ in the presence of Zonal Head, senior dignitaries, Regional Head, Manish Tandan, besides official and dealers at Timber Trail Resorts, Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh.
The campaign was running successfully for two months since November 9, 2015 with tremendous public participation running in lakhs and was extended till January 15, 2016 owing to public demand and enthusiasm.
The scheme was run at about 350 outlets across the states of J&K, Punjab, Himachal, Haryana and Delhi. The campaign was aimed at connecting with customers fueling at various select outlets of HPCL.
The event was a great success whereby winners of 366 prizes which include 350 microwaves, eight bikes and eight cars, were declared. Among the prizes, 30 microwaves were declared to have been won for customers of participating outlets under Jammu Regional Office.
The grand prize of one car and a bike was also announced in the draw to be given away in Jammu, The winner of the grand prize ‘Car’ turns out to be a customer who fuelled from HPCL outlet CR Fuels, Channi, Jammu while the winner of the ‘Bike’ is a customer who fuelled from HPCL outlet Pine Filling Station, Udhampur.
During the campaign period, fuelling Rs 200 in two-wheelers and Rs 1000 in four -wheelers were eligible to send an SMS with Pump ID and Voucher Number.
The winners were drawn through online draw module, the list of which will be hosted on webpage: www.hpcl. campaign. blogspot.in.com besides being displayed at the participating retail outlets and the Regional Office located opposite to Hotel Asia, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. Winners will also be simultaneously communicated over telephone.
