JAMMU, July 15: HPCL celebrates its 49th Foundation Day across the country at various offices and locations. On the occasion, an event was organized at HPCL Depot behind Railway Station Jammu.
The event was for all the employees and workers including drivers.
On this occasion HPCL Depot behind Railway Station Jammu in collaboration with NGO Support organised a volunteer blood donation camp.
Farooq Hussain Shah, Depot Manager and Plant Safety Officer, Abhiseikh organised the programme.
A team of doctors from GMC, representatives from Red Cross Society, ISBTI, Young Blood Association and NGO Support were also present.
The Depot Manager Abhishek administered Foundation Day pledge to the employees for continual commitment towards the growth of the Corporation.
Farooq Hussain Shah addressed the employees highlighting past performance and outlook for the future.
A plantation drive was also organised where saplings were planted by Abhishek, Dr Navneet Kour, Dr Deepsikha and other officers.
An on the spot painting competition was also organised for children at Balgrain in Channi.
Certificates and awards were distributed to the volunteer donors and the winners on behalf of NGO Support, ISBTI, Young Blood Association and Indian Red Cross Society.
A memento was presented to Farooq Hussain Shah and Abhishekh by NGO Support.
Certificates were given by Anil K Padha, founder of Young Blood Association with Dr. Navneet Kour.
