SAMBA, Oct 18: Humanity Public School (HPS), Bassi Kalan, Bari Brahmana showed exemplary social responsibility by raising a fund amounting to Rs 80,000 for Help Age India, an International level Organization working for the welfare of senior citizens.
The cheque was handed over to the Senior Executive of Help Age India, Neeru Sharma Khajuria, by Principal of HPS, Gaurav Charak in the presence of Vice Principal, Anku Charak, Sandeep Zutshi (Incharge) and Rekha Mehra (Co-ordinator).
The students along with teachers had mobilized their resources and collected the amount to help the elderly people.
