JAMMU, June 20: Hindu Shiv Sena (HSS) chief Krishan Singh Manhas today asked the Coordination Committee for AIIMS to resume agitation till foundation stone of AIIMS is laid in Jammu.
In a statement issued here today he said that BJP has dialed to fulfill its poll promises like abrogation of Article 370 and installation of Chief Minister from Jammu region. But after coming to power the BJP backtracked from its promises and neither Article 370 was abolished nor the CM came from Jammu.
He appealed the people of Jammu to be united and fight for their demands. He assured full support for genuine cause of Jammu.
Manhas accused BJP of playing with the sentiments of the people of Jammu by not keeping its promises and when it came to know that the agitation launched by Coordination Committee will turn into a mass movement it pursued them to defer the agitation and announced the AIIMS for Jammu.
