Huge voter turnout in J&K, J’khand positive sign of democracy: Rajnath

NEW DELHI, Nov 25:
Home Minister Rajnath Singh today said the huge voter turnout in Jammu and Kashmir and Jharkhand elections was a “positive sign of our democracy” and showed that people of the two states had rejected the ideology of terror and violence.
Complimenting the people of the two states for turning out in large numbers to vote, the Minister said he was happy to learn of the huge voter turnout in the first round of voting.
“The huge voter turnout in Jammu and Kashmir and Jharkhand elections is a positive sign of our democracy,” he said. (AGENCIES)
