JAMMU, Mar 6: Hurra Ashtami was celebrated today at KP Sabha, Ambphalla where Puja Archana was performed in which large numbers of devotees participated and traditional Bhajan and Kirtan was held.
Thereafter, Samohik Aarti led by K. K. Khosa, president K P Sabha was performed. Later, Prasad was distributed among the devotees. The Puja was performed in traditional manner.
The function was attended by J. L. Zutshi, Ashwani Koul, S. L. Bagati, G. J. Kampassi, Ashok Kher, Subash Dhar, Jitender Parimoo, T. N. Bhat, B. L. Rawal, Asha Kitchloo, Vijay Kumar Mukhi and others.
Meanwhile, Hurra Ashtami was also celebrated at Shiv Shakti Mandir Sanstha, Pamposh Colony Janipur, Shree Shree Jagat Amba Sharika Chakrishour Paloura Dhok Jammu and Shri Amrit Kund Pokhribal Kral Bab Nagar Bantalab.
The celebrations were held under the supervision of Vedic Guru Jai Krishan Khar.
Hurra Ashtami was celebrated at Bhagawaan Gopinath Ashram and Swami Kumar Ashram with full religious fervour and gaiety. The Bhajan Kirtan was held during entire night.
