JAMMU, Mar 27: A 10-day free car care clinic was launched by AM Hyundai, Jammu in association with Hyundai Motors India Limited.
The clinic was inaugurated by Gourav Gupta, secretary, Chamber of Commerce and Industries (CCI), Jammu along with Jatinder Gupta, chairman, AM Hyundai and Akshay Mahajan, Director, AM Hyundai, in the presence of other dignitaries and customers.
Briefing about the clinic, Gourav Gupta said, “We conduct free car care clinic in an endeavour to reaffirm Hyundai’s commitment to provide the best of our services to our customers and make their ownership experience more enjoyable”.
“This year free car care clinic is being organized at more than 1300 Hyundai Service Outlets across India for a period of 10 days”, he said and mentioned that Hyundai has come No 1 in customer satisfaction in recent JDP survey.
Akshay Mahajan said that Hyundai will provide free 90 point comprehensive car check-up for its customers, to provide preventive maintenance for their cars during the camp. This 90 point check-up will include the thorough examination of the transmission, engine, electrical, underbody, exterior, AC, etc.
“During the free car care clinic, there will be special benefits for our customers having vehicles which are more than 3 years old”, he told customers and also briefed them regarding the concept of fully automated workshop.
He further revealed that recently AM Hyundai opened its 2S facilities in RS Pura and Akhnoor to enhance customer experience at their nearby locations.
