NEW DELHI: Union Home Ministry, which has been embarrassed by some recent incidents of jawans of para military forces going straight to media with their grievances, today gave them a proper channel through which they could convey their problems to the departments concerned.
”I feel I have come even closer to the jawans, I am just a click away” Home Minister Rajnath singh said here today while launching the two mobile applications namely, The Grievances Redressal App and the BSF My App.
Using these apps which jawans and officers of the paramilitary register their grievances and get timely redressal of different problems along with an easy access to various schemes and facilities for the concerned forces.
Through these apps the paramilitary personnel can monitor their financial information regarding salary, GPF etc, apply for leaves, upload photos and videos relating to any grievance etc. (AGENCIES)
