IAC would remain to achieve its goal, says Kiran Bedi

COIMBATORE, Aug 29:  India Against Corruption (IAC) would remain and function to achieve its goal for a strong Lokpal bill, member of the disbanded Team Anna, Kiran Bedi said here.
“IAC will remain intact. This is a movement for Lok Pal bill”, Bedi told reporters tonight.
When asked about coal allocation controversy and resultant stalling of Parliament over the issue, she said if the issue was debated in the House, it would get “diluted” and the alleged scamsters would manage escape.
It was the duty of opposition parties to seek clarification on the issue, which the majority of the people also wanted, Bedi said, adding, she was not supporting BJP, as made out in a section of the press. (PTI)
