JAMMU, June 18: The State Government today ordered transfer of Farooq Ahmad Shah, Managing Director J&K Tourism Development Corporation, and posted him as Director General Tourism, J&K, while Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Additional Secretary in the CM Secretariat, shall hold the charge of the post of Managing Director, JKTDC, in addition to his own duties.
According to a separate order, Farooq Ahmad Shah shall also hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Tourism Department on a concurrent basis.
Meanwhile, the Government has also ordered transfer of Parveez Ahmad Raina, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Ganderbal, and posted him as SDM Gulmarg vice Abdul Qayoom Sheikh, who has been posted as ACR Ganderbal.
Anil John, Deputy Director, Information, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary Floriculture Department.
Meanwhile, in partial modification of its earlier order, the State Government has accorded sanction to the deputation of Ravi Kumar Bharti, Collector JDA and Rajneesh Gupta, Assistant Commissioner in Commercial Taxes Jammu, for their deployment as Camp Directors/Additional Camp Directors, on various camps enroute Shri Amarnathji Yatra. They have replaced Jatinder Singh, Secretary in SVC and Ajay Kumar, Member SSB.
