JAMMU, Apr 23: The IAS officers in Jammu and Kashmir have been asked by the State Government to necessarily file annual Immovable Property Return (IPR) electronically as there is no provision for submission of the same manually.
A circular in this regard was issued today by the General Administration Department with the observation that some IAS officers of the State cadre have submitted hard copy of the IPRs for the year 2018 manually in the GAD but not electronically.
In terms of the extant rules, the IAS officers have to necessarily file IPRs electronically as there is no provision for submission of IPRs manually, says the circular advising the IAS officers to observe the said instructions in letter and spirit.
