JAMMU, Nov 15: The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) today announced the appointment of Rahul Sahai as the Chairman of its newly established ICC Jammu Business Council.
Rahul Sahai, a prominent business leader and Past Chairman of the CII, PHDCCI after completing his successful tenures of 4 yrs in PHDCCI and 2 yrs in CII and also from a reputed family and carrying forward the legacy of his great Father Late Ram Sahai.
As Chairman of the ICC Jammu Business Council, Rahul Sahai will lead initiatives aimed at driving reforms, manufacturing-led sustainable growth, skill development, technology adoption, and self-reliance in key sectors.
In a press statement issued, Abhyuday Jindal, President of ICC said, “It is a privilege to welcome Rahul Sahai to lead this historic initiative in Jammu. His visionary leadership and dedication to industrial progress will immensely benefit the region. As ICC celebrates its 100th year with the theme ‘India 2047,’ His role will be instrumental in aligning Jammu’s growth trajectory with the nation’s vision of becoming a developed economy by 2047.”
Rahul Sahai expressed gratitude for the opportunity and said, “It is an honour to chair the ICC Jammu Business Council and contribute to ICC’s legacy in its centenary year. I look forward to working closely with the ICC team and regional stakeholders to create a robust and sustainable industrial ecosystem in Jammu.”
