RAJOURI, Oct 9: For the research promotion in Peer Panjal, representative of Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR), Dr Suresh Kumar (Research Consultant ), called on Prof S H Shah, Principal, Govt PG College, Rajouri and handed him over the copies of newsletter and research journal ‘Itihas’.
Dr Suresh also met Vice Chairman of State Advisory Board for Development of Pahari Speaking People, Kuldeep Raj Gupta and MLA of Rajouri constituency Qamar apprising them about the research functioning of ICHR and handed over them copies of the Newsletters.
This was for the first time in the history of Peer Panjal region that any academic organization of Govt of India reached to the academicians, educationists, researchers and political leadership about the research and educational policies and encouragement schemes of the Government.
