NEW DELHI: Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Monday said if his party comes to power at the Centre it will increase the health budget to three per cent of the GDP.
In a facebook post, Mr Gandhi said, ”Health care is an issue related to public health. Full health facility should be the right of every citizen. We will apply the “Right to Health” law for everyone. Congress will increase the health budget to three per cent of GDP.”
Over the past few days, the Congress president has been reiterating in his tweets the promises made by the party in its manifesto for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, that was released on April 2. (AGENCIES)
